ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc signed today a nonexclusive Master Channel Partner Agreement with eTopware do Brasil Ltda to distribute SCT solutions in Brazil.

ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc signed today a nonexclusive Master Channel Partner Agreement with eTopware do Brasil Ltda to distribute SCT solutions in Brazil.

The Partner Agreement states that eTopware may provide SCT customers with a variety of service management software solutions, delivered by two possible delivery modes: (i) as an application service provider system (Subscription Product); or (ii) as an enterprise system internal to the Customer (Perpetual License Product).

SCT Products included in the Agreement are:

- FieldService Manager
- MobileService Web
- Call Center Access
- Customer Web Access
- ServiceCounter
- RepairBench
- WarrantyManager

All the negotiation and distribution agreement was supervised by CompuStream’s consultants
