ServiceCentral Technologies and CompuStream Consulting signs International Distribution Agreement - PRESS RELEASE - 08/20/2010

ATLANTA and SAO PAULO, BRAZIL – August 20, 2010 -- ServiceCentral Technologies, a leading provider of hosted reverse logistics, service and repair management software solutions that enable companies to transform the service chain into a profit stream, announced today that signed an International Distribution Agreement with CompuStream, a business center for companies which do not have a structure of their own in Brazil, and wish to have one, to manage the firm’s expansion into Latin America. CompuStream will coordinate sales, marketing, business development, local customer support and technology integration with Brazilian telecom and broadband providers, repair depots, authorized service centers, service counters, retail stores, call centers, and online channels.


ServiceCentral Technologies also announces the release of its fully-functional Portuguese-language version of its software, already in use with several international customers.
